By accessing and using SocietyWaley ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

4. User Responsibilities

SocietyWaley and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocietyWaley and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, visual design elements, or concepts without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SocietyWaley, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service or inability to use the service.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
